At Ticonderoga Pencils & Erasers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your writing and erasing tools. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive an authorization code.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the pencils or erasers in their original box to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
